Turn signals, changing lanes mean nothing to them.. They just do it, it's the other guy's problem to stop. To be fair some of the problem is the lay-out of the streets.. Say what you want about NYC, but the streets are laid out pretty damn good.. Boston on the other hand is a complete mess. It's like a 3 year old drew a bunch of lines on a map and that's how the laid out the city..
