I'm not sure I understand the CBO's point here.
I get that people might decide to work less because they no longer need the longer hours to keep their healthcare, but I don't see how that translates into jobs lost for the overall economy. The unemployment rate is still very high, so surely there would be many other eager to step in an work those hours ? Wouldn't you just go from 4 people working 50 hours to 5 people working 40 hours ?
