I disagree with this mischaracterization of mean spirited thugs. I am a mean spirited thug, and I only make mean spirited comments when people make ill-thought out comments. There is very little randomness to an intelligent mean spirited thug.

How much fraud do you currently think there is? It seems to be a popular talking point about waste and fraud in the welfare system but I've never seen any evidence to suggest it's actually a big amount. I hear a lot of anecdotes about someone's cousins in laws who are on welfare and grossly abusing the system but I've seen no hard data proving this is at all a common occurrence.

Ok let's move on then and get back to your topic on feminism. I think your concerns are valid but I'm not hearing practical solutions that wouldn't be damaging to society. If a father doesn't have to pay child support we've likely created more poverty and for a helpless child at that. I disagree with the methods used though, for example, incarceration for failure to pay support should be abolished.
