So NFL is considering imposing a fine on players for using the n-word during games.

Seems odd we've had two issues in the past year with racial slurs and both were white guys using derogatory language about black people OFF the field -- Riley Cooper and Richie Incognito. Now we're going to fine guys who use the n-word on the field which almost always will mean black players (I doubt even the boldest white players would dare say anything like that during a game itself). Sounds to me like doing something for the sake of doing something even though it doesn't relate to the issues at hand.

I'm pretty PC honestly. I think we should all be nice and get along. But this is stupid.

This fine will never go into effect or the rule will be ignored. These guys have saying ethnic group member 1000 times a day since they were 5 years old, they won't be able to stop even if they try. The fine will be attacked for being racist and will get repealed, if it even gets to that point.
