Griffey was the best I saw in my lifetime.. And I'm old and seen A LOT of baseball..
50 years of me watching baseball and he was the best I saw? I got to put him in there somewhere.

Injuries and from what we know he never used PED's to help him heal from the injuries quicker..
But even so he had more than a 'few years'..From 1993 to 2000 he hit over 40 HR's every year except 1, 1995, and that year he only played in 70 games(strike year).. AND he had over 600 HR's in his career.. That's nothing to sneeze at..
I admit his injuries took something away from his career stats.. But still he was beautiful to watch..The best natural baseball player I ever saw..
