As great as that victory against the Russkies was I really want the US to win against the Canadians, those guys are such hockey fanatics that it would be fun taking them down.

I don't think Hockey is ever going to gain that much popularity in the US. It definitely has gotten a bump since HD became the norm because that makes such a huge difference for Hockey, but Soccer has more momentum. The chances of us producing a superstar in Hockey compared to other sports is slim because it's a game that only affluent suburban kids get to play in high school.
