We could raise like $20,000, buy a block of homes, and spend the remaining $17,000 on assault rifles, fertilizer (dual use), barbed wire, fortifications and area lights. I'm trying to figure out what use I could have for a house in Detroit? I could rent it but I live halfway across the country and know nothing about property management. Plus who the f**k wants to rent a house that can be bought for 100 bucks?

If I lived anywhere near Detroit id definitely buy it just as a crash pad after going to sporting events or concerts etc.
