In a vacuum, I don't see much problem with it. Meaning, if I were on person, hiring a person based upon their qualifications to do a job, and that person had done porn, and my SOLE concern was fit for the job, then it wouldn't be a problem.
The problem comes when you realize that decisions like this are NOT made in a vacuum. If I'm hiring her to be in sales, or other client-facing position, or to be on an exec path where she will be liaising with partners, then it's a problem. Why? Because, rightly or wrongly, other people will judge her based upon her choice. While I'm not that judgmental of her choice, I don't want to risk my business upon the chance of other people being as accepting.
Would I want my daughter doing it? No way in hell. I wouldn't banish her from the family or anything - she's my daughter and always will be - but I'd certainly do everything in my power to discourage her from choosing that path. It's like getting a neck tattoo. Once you've done it and people know about it, it can't be taken back, and people are going to judge you. Rightly or wrongly, people will judge.
