You only need to do 1 thing for a solid workout. SQUAT! 20 reps in the morning, 20 reps in the evening. Women love it and it will get you SWOLE. I'm not sure about where you guys live but around here how much you can squat (350 in the morning, 400 evening for me) is how men determine who is serious and who is just a little breh waiting to hit the showers.
