They just did a survey and France is ranked lower than burma when it comes to English comprehension. Wouldn't matter if English wasn't closely approaching the universal language. And its all cause cultural protectionism.

you cant nurture it by protectionism. why? because 35% of shitty canadian shows won't stand up against all the other shows that had to compete to get in there. red green was alright, but always seemed to me like a local access show. i guess it is.
