Anyway Menson, if you were previously eating large amounts of highly-processed, high-calorie, low-nutrition starchy garbage, which for many Americans is sadly a typical diet, then you haven't really refuted anything that nutritional science or the medical field has claimed just cause you lost a few pounds by eating fresh meat and home grown veggies.
If you switched from eating tuna, asparagus, brown rice, and a glass of water every day to fried chicken tenders, macaroni and cheese, french fries and a 20 oz coke and lost weight, that would raise questions.
