Of course t makes sense to separate the two. Sometimes offensive is good for business. If Williams makes offensive comments, and MORE people tune in, should he be fired?
You are a whiner. I hear worse things at work all the time. Half the time the person saying it has no idea it's offensive. But hey, that's their problem, fire them anyway!!!! Honestly, the type of sensitive people that would make an issue of a comment like that are hated in the office anyway. No one wants to work with them or deal with them because it's a huge liability. One wrong joke and it's HR for you.
You libs are hopeless. You are going to push and push on stuff like this until you go to far, piss everyone off, and then we will be more tolerant than ever of such language.
