That problem will never be solved from the outside until it's solved from the inside. And that's not happening right now.

But even IF that were to happen, just where are these people going to climb the ladder? The plutocrats running the country have transferred a staggering amount of wealth to the top 10% or 1% as they wage war on the middle and lower classes. A growing middle class means opportunities for lower class people to pull themselves out of poverty, yet the middle class is being decimated.

The great irony of all this being the middle-class or lower middle-class people voting for these plutocrats believe that defunding programs for the poor will make their lives better, apparently not realizing that the plan is to make them poor as soon as possible.
