This is a useless debate. If the government arrests me of false charges, then I could say violence is warranted.
My point is there is never a situation where violence is the best course. You think the japs would have been better off fighting the government? We would have slaughter them without batting an eye. They were smart, waited, eventually were released, and then compensated. Not in full, but it beats being slaughtered.
You are basically saying when the government make any mistake involving force, you are warranted to fight back. Morally this is probably fine, but for obvious policy reasons, we cannot allow every mistaken arrest to justify violence against the state.
No one has yet provided a single situation where armed resistance to a democratic government has been justified. There isn't a case. Non ignored my previous point because it pointed out the obvious. If enough people are on your side, then you don't need guns in the first place because this is a democracy.
