We have to wonder not only what Pineda was thinking, but what the Yankees were thinking? Once the pine tar was on his neck, and you could see it from the center filed cheap seats.. Someone on the Yankees should have told him his skin wasn't hiding the pine tar, so he should get it off.. But he didn't, so he got ejected in the 2nd inning..
And to celebrate the 100 year anniversary of Wrigley Field, the Cubs blow a 3 run lead in the 9th and lose.. Just like it ought to be..
