Couldn't be enforced. They would just rename the position or pay them in a different way or set up some complex corporate structure to avoid all this. These regulations never work. I think the swiss voted down some absurd law like this also.

Will work swell if we couple it with a policy to authorize drone strikes on CEOs who send their operations overseas to avoid labor laws and taxes.

Jesus f*cking Christ. My employees only make an average of $18k / year. Now you're proposing a whopping 13% tax!! It's going to raise my operating expenses so much that the next year I'd only be able to pay an average of $17k. Another example of big government hurting the little guys.
