Well at least he admits it, Jimmy gets credit for that.

I was never a big pro or con guy for the death penalty but the last few years I'm starting to wonder why we even have it.

It doesn't deter shit, so that argument's dead.

It doesn't bring the person back.

But the worst part of it all is how many innocent people sit on death row and how many we've executed. For that reason alone people should be saying "WTF?!" but I get this weird feeling that people literally think "Oh well, sometimes to make an omelet..." Which I find bizarre in a civilized society.
