the whole capturing dire wolves for no reason was weird. well the whole stuff not in the book was weird of course, but they cleaned it all up now. well, there was that giant spoiler of last week that won't ever be cleaned up but that's okay
apparently they are stretching this thing out as long as book 3 can take them. stannis in bravvos next week? i really don't care as it's not that big of a deal (it's just a different way to introduce bravvos than through everyone's favorite serial killer) and in some respects makes sense as to why they are so keen on funding his claim.... other than he must have invented diesel engines to get his ships to and fro to get to the pink floyd show on time
