I'm not saying fat people deserved to be shamed, but they need to internalize the cost of their own actions. That means paying for 2 airplane seats, not having a right to nag others about their health, not having a right to talk shit about others appearance. Darkhorse is right. Most fat people know it's their fault and know they don't change. I think thats a choice a person should have, and shouldn't be subject to ridicule anytime anywhere because of it. But if you make that choice, don't bitch at me when you can't get a date or when i steadfastly stare you down as you try to lift the armrest and steal the seat i paid for.
Accept but don't accommodate. Being fat is a vice, like smoking, drinking, drugs or deviant sex. Accept it, but don't accommodate it.
