i take a lot of breaks. i tend to work in like half hour spurts generally. sometimes i get lost and work for like 9 hours straight but that's if it's an interesting puzzle. if i solved the puzzle and instead have to just put out different renditions of it then it's half hour spurts

you guys don't know what the f**k you are talking about.
If you are in management and your employees suck IT'S YOUR FAULT
concepts like "mass firing" or "shaming" employees shouldn't even be in your vocabulary because they are admissions you don't know how to lead people or manage a business.

Interesting. Maybe I'll get there at some point. I personally find it hard to gauge until I've seen 3-4 major work products. If they are improving - great, it's all I can ask. Making the same mistakes over and over? "Let's talk about your recent work product."
