Unfortunately, I have to agree with Saz. In terms of sheer cool guy badassery, Bronn has got to be number one or number two. The other guys rely upon their name and advantages in life, whereas Bronn is just some epic f**k lowlife who happens to be one of the best at what he does.

That's true, but in the world of GoT, killing a person's family and allies because they piss you off isn't really all that rare. But then again neither is a sellsword.
I just think it is the Bronn attitude that makes him the most badass. That man has no f**k to give. Whereas Tywin is always like "MAH FAMILY! MAAAAAAAAH FAMILY!!!!!"

It is kind of rare. Even some targaryens got away. No one from the house at castamere did though. Wiping out houses is not something you do.
