Referring to Dylan saying he doesn't eat meat . . . I guess you can get protein from other sources. But, to me, the best thing about working out is that I know there is a 1.5"-thick, 16oz ribeye waiting for me at home. Some salt on both sides, a scalding-hot, cast-iron skillet, and 2 minutes per side. Yum!
