For example, JDHRF claimed that Terry Schiavo wasn't a person and took his argument from there, but Mrs Schiavo was certainly a person, which made his argument nonsense.
He also claimed that foetuses had personhood status in Chile, which they don't.
All of you seem to be claiming that natural personhood doesn't depend solely on being born alive, when it patently does.
You need to take that into consideration to have a decent discussion. You should be discussing why natural personhood begins at birth and why you believe it shouldn't, of that's what you do believe.
You most certainly should not apply laws that only pertain to people to foetuses, because your argument immediately fails.
I see a lot of muddled thinking going on here, which in my opinion would be better off being taken to the philosophy category and thrashed out there.
