Group H winner vs group g runner up.
Of course things can change but as things stand Belgium are top of group H while Algeria are 2nd. You'd definitely rather play Algeria than Belgium in the next round.

For the US getting through would be an achievement in itself so they won't worry too much about it but it could well be in the back of the minds of the Germans.
