Sure we do. Those rights are just formally subject to the whim of government (nonwithstanding clause), which is exactly the case with the US Constitution, just informally. At any point, 75% of Congress could get together and abolish any Amendment listed, and you would no longer have those rights (although if you want to engage in hilarious hocus-pocus, you could argue that YOU STILL DO).
