Why would Israel agree to a ceasefire that's tied to lifting the blockade? Freeing up Gaza to import war materiel in bulk would seem to run counter to common sense. If the stated objective is to reduce their ability to attack Israel...what good would opening up a fast lane for attacking Israel do? They'd just wind up back in the same mess, blockading the place all over again...
