Do more cardio - but make it all high intensity with short breaks between the intervals. Eat better, sleep, and don't stress (Or cortisol will make you a fatty). Drink lots of water every day at a consistent pace, and lift weights the same time of every day to get your metabolism on a steady path. Sleep regularly and reduce your alcohol intake. Avoid empty calories like a mofo and don't even touch anything with HFC in them.
