Earlier in this thread is was pointed out that many of those additives are probably in the sandwich to help keep the sandwich's shape in case it gets soft or melts.
Again, personally I don't care who makes it. But the fact that ANY ice cream that people eat doesn't melt is a little weird.
Maybe I need to get out more but I've never seen ice cream not melt when outside a freezer.. LOL

I had a Blue Bell Neapolitan ice cream sandwich recently. Not a good ice cream experience. Stick to the real stuff.

In my opinion, all ice cream is good. So long as it's made with only cream, milk, sugar and vanilla beans. Anything else is an abomination in the eyes of God.

I will leave ALL my ice cream outside overnight from now on, and eat it only if it's melted.
