There's a 10-12 year waiting list for Giant Season tickets too..
I would in no way call NY Giant fans fanatical, but they do seem to be loyal. They sick with the Giants, good or bad..

Just called a colleague that works for the Benson organization (owns the Saints and Pelicans). He said that the typical wait for season tickets (except those wanting a single ticket), BEFORE they won the 2009 SB, was 5-6 years. Now, they can't really comment. They estimate roughly 10-15 years. But, since that amount of time has not passed since the 09 season, and no one is really giving up their seats, they can't be sure how long it will be.

You guys just won the Super Bowl and your estimated wait is half of the Eagles who have never won. Add to that the actual number of people in your waiting list is much higher ( 70k vs 40k). Eagles fans will cut family vacation, trade in for a more economical car, or get a cheaper house rather than give up their birds tickets.
