Accusing Palestinians of glorifying death is just propoganda aimed at dehumanising them. After all, it's easier on the concious to oppress and kill Palestinian civilians if you regard them as animals and monsters, than it is if you have to think of them as human beings.
This is why although the IDF don't have a policy of killing civilians, the result of the dehumanising propaganda is that there is an institutionalised problem of individual soldiers killing and abusing civilians with little if any punishment.
