I'm glad you've started to educate yourself about ISIS. Your point is interesting, although I doubt that it can accurately described as "radically different." To me that is like describing Catholics as "radically different" than Baptists, on the basis that Catholics uphold the authority of the Catholic Church. But then again I've become markedly uncaring about the theoretical differences between fairy tales. Politically, ISIS makes no claim to support democracy, whereas Hamas makes that claim but doesn't actually support it. So, again, pretty slight.
Who was it that called for arming the rebels in Syria, by the way? I know Comrade did, but I'm pretty sure almost everyone here opposed it.
