Quite a few states use a family cap now. Any kids you have while on benefits don't score you any extra. Every state should implement a family cap.
Its the sort of thing that creates headaches for conservatives...yes, you don't provide funding for poor children...but on the other hand abortion rates tend to go up.
So...pay for babies or abort them? Choose wisely.

Poor people have lots of babies for the same reason they are poor, they act without thinking, they ignore consequences and the future.
I kind of envy them that, I mean I am in a good way now, but I cant get my debt out of my head, and I cannot stop thinking ahead and planning for the future, I have to force myself to enjoy moments.
Its not worth the price they pay, so I wouldnt do it if I could.
