anyhoo, the concept of natural rights is derived from the practice of deontic logic, not length of existence

this means they are to be viewed as universal and do not derive from the legal jurisdiction of a particular society

in contrast the concept of legal rights derive from the customs and laws of a specific society and can only be applied in that specific jurisdiction

it's easy to see which is the superior concept

consider this:

if rights are derived only from the laws of the state, then all that shit they are doing to people in some Islamic countries is perfectly justified, since it is legal under the code of law followed in that society.

In other words, their law states they have a right to do it. And according to the logic expressed here it's perfectly justifiable.
