It is strange how many peoplei n the media forget, or just don't care that football is a team sport. 10-12 yewars of being a good, to a great team have taken a toll on the Pats. Year after year of low draft picks, and year after year of having to play a lot of money to Brady, and others which has caused salary cap issues have left the Pats with very few skilled players around Brady. And that offensive line is quite bad. Tough to throw when you're running for your life every play.

The guy's been to 5 SB's, and won 3... I don't know if saying he can't close it in post-season is fair or accurate. Recently the Pats haven't as successful, but again IMO that's because the whole team's talent waning, not just Brady.

I think over the years the Pat offense, especially the O line has just gotten worse. I don't care how good the QB is, without players around him he becomes average.. Right now Brady looks average. Some of it is probably age, but IMO the talent around him isn't that good anymore. Any QB will be rattled if he's taking a beating game after game.

Lol Raiders. As an Eagles fan, people can say whatever they want about not having any Super Bowl Rings, but I'd take my team with 14 winning seasons in the last 20 years and 12 playoff berths over the Raiders who have a bunch of superbowls from back in the day to boast about, but haven't seen a playoff berth (or even a winning record) in well over a decade.

Winning the super bowl is the ultimate goal each season, but as a fan, having a consistent contender means the fun continues year after year.
