I don't think Eugenics is the natural extension of acknowledging genetic differences in individuals and groups within the population. Even if it might be good policy, that isn't a power the state should ever have.

I didn't say anything about their quality as humans, I just said most of the poor are poor because they got dealt a genetic hand that all but guaranteed they would not be very productive or wealthy members of society. Look at some of these NFL players, they make millions but because they are dumb and have a certain culture, they end up blowing it all

The eugenics movement was technically an outcome of every historical action that preceded it. That is generally how time works. Like I said, that's for mastering he irrilivant.
