Some American urban areas are almost becoming borderline third world crap holes. My guess is regions will look after their own ass if it all comes undone. One thing about bullets, they don't care who you are, or think you are.

Why are we talking about minorities as a percentage of the military population and how that affects them caring about the kids at Kent state being killed if they were black, even though they were white in reality?
