Playing Borderlands 2 when I am able since the launch yesterday. Probably going to take me forever to level up heh. I saw some online friends in their 30s already. Go go level 8!

Also, Dust 514 looks interesting. Trying to get in the beta. I even pre-ordered Torchlight II to get a key sent to me, only to get an email saying "we might send you a key at some point, but there's no guarantee."

Yeah, if you assholes had told me that in the first place and not said "Get a Dust 514 closed beta key when you pre-order Torchlight II!", I would not have bothered.

Is Borderlands 2 all it was meant to be and more? I LOVED the first one.

So far its pretty fun. I'd say its harder than the original by quite a bit. I am actually dying. I haven't played a whole lot yet but it feels just like the first one pretty much.

Alright gang just got myself a gt430 1gig at a steal (even installed it myself, don't I feel fancy), now I can what play gamezrs. What have I missed in the last 3 years.

I was also a massive fan of operation flashpoint back in the day, though having played arma 1 I'm not really expecting to be blown away by it.

I like the Rome model of territories much more but I think the ai in empire is better than you're giving it credit for. It had full on down syndrome in Rome and medieval.

Wow just had my first little play of day z. Going to actually play arma to get into the controls before I give it enough go but wow.

Basically 28 days later the game. What there not telling you in all the reviews it has several maps. Just started this jungle island one, dropped in the water by the shore no weapons, first 5 mins heading in land, nothing. Then find a burnt out farm house with two zombies milling about, managed to sneak past them and go inside. After trying to desperately figure out the controls to pick up for a few more minutes I managed to painkillers and soda (no weapon still) on the floor. My failing around attracts a zombie, cue furious further 5 minute chase through jungle as it runs after me. Manage to loose it, realise I have no chance until I can properly play.

but wowzers, the hype appears real on that one.
