The police union needs to have mafia unionbusters sent after it. Then fire them all and hire on scabs. f**k whiny bitches. This will certainly result in less revenues for the city from fines especially if it lasts a long time. However, I'm also wondering if has become a traffic or parking issue. If word got out in Atlanta that the police weren't enforcing traffic laws, the HOV lanes would be the first things abused, closely tied to speed.
