Rights are human constructs and only exist as we define them. To say we don't have a right to great internet is fine, so long as you recognize an equal argument could be made that we don't have a right to weapons or some other nonsense. If we, through our government decide that not having shitty, predatory companies choke and stifle the free market is a right, it would very well be a right.
