i dunno if i'd go that far. that destroyed 3000 lives, the downtown infrastructure of the most important city on the planet, and changed transportation security entirely the world over. it overshadowed an entire decade, and was the major part of the crisis for the millennial saeculum.

while tragic, this was only a dozen people.

Didn't mean to say it was the same as 9/11. Obviously the scale of the two attacks are incomparable. This attack was more like the Danish cartoonist or Pim Fortuyn. Still the same mentality though.
