Never liked meatloaf (kinda makes me sick thinking about lol).
But yeah, I typically put salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and minced garlic on the bacon and let it back for around 25 minutes, then I would throw some shredded cheddar cheese on it for the last 5 minutes or so.
It was always the best bacon I've ever had every time I had it.
