Well when I baked it I used a rack and a pan to catch the grease. Isn't that pretty much the same thing as using the grill?

Never liked meatloaf (kinda makes me sick thinking about lol).
But yeah, I typically put salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and minced garlic on the bacon and let it back for around 25 minutes, then I would throw some shredded cheddar cheese on it for the last 5 minutes or so.
It was always the best bacon I've ever had every time I had it.

I think the spicy-ness is what makes it really, really good. Maybe try something a little less spicy just to give it a zip.
But yeah it's incredible. And you can cook it as crispy or not as you like.

I think there is a reasonable case for banning foie gras. Seems unnecessarily cruel.
That said, I simply don't care enough to really advocate for it or make some sort of stand. Much more important rights are neglected everyday - when a black guy can get a fair trial, I'll start concerning myself with the welfare of geese.
