Yes we do. People who just follow laws because they are the law are dumb

Which is why "warnings" exist. Breaking the law doesn't always result in a violation/ticket because everyone makes mistakes from time to time. Its called "being human."

Revenue enhancement!
It is hard not to dislike cops. I work in retail in a bit rougher area of Kansas City, and a few of the cops get away with treating people like utter shit. It is irksome. While I get along with them because I work there, some of the things I have heard them say to people are just screwed up. As for not liking cops, this arrogance contributes, as well as just not wanting to get hassled. When I see a cop I don't feel safe. I am afraid that they will hassle me for no good reason. Ergo, not the way I should feel.
