He's already had 2 chances. The GOP base will never like him. The general electorate will never relate to him. He's an awkward, ineloquent campaigner. He's a member of a creepy cult and seems out of touch.

Again, don't ask me to defend Clinton. I don't want her to be president and you're the one who made a thread about a romney Clinton matchup. But keep in mind that if we leave your hypothetical in which romney has won, he's also rather irrelevant to me as I don't see him to be a viable candidate.
