The US needs to pivot to supporting the Houthis while also moving towards Iran itself. I think we were initially supporting the Yemeni sunni government in the hopes of preventing a power vacuum. This seems to have already occurred.

I'm not sure why we "support" anyone. If the Houthis want to buy materials from us, and they have the cash, great. If the Yemen President wants to buy stuff, great.
Now, if you're embroiled in a civil war, then we suspend war-making materials from both sides. But, why not sell to both sides?
