Germany is really the best possible vacation spot... offers actual relaxation, Euro night life, unbelievable history, places you can go to actually contemplate life... plus everything is well made, has a purpose, and doesn't add any stress....
Cannot do better than Germany/Austria for a vacation.

Instead of going overseas, why not go to a place like Montana? Then use the money you save from not flying overseas to go to Catalina Island off the coast of Malibu and go hunt a pig.
