He's clearly a spammer. and is endlessly bumping his own threads with new posts. The last 2 or 3 pages of his Obamacomplishments thread is comprised of just him, yet it hasn't been locked??
He's clogging up the forum with annoying posts and text formats, which I'm sure is off-putting to new visitors. As for putting him on ignore? Well as Comrade has pointed out, it disrupts the flow and you can still see him. Plus, I've been on PCF for many years and have never put anyone on ignore. Why should I have to be placed in that position in order to accommodate a spammer who has no history here?
He needs to be banned, and if not, I find it's increasingly likely that I end up leaving PCF which I don't want to do.

Homer, they have suspended him numerous times during the short time that I've been here. I think nearly everyone has him on ignore.
