Thar's not a cocktail comrade. Cocktails have at least 3 ingredients not counting ice or garnish. Consequently that means gin and tonic, rum and coke, etc are also not cocktails.
Yes I am a cocktail geek who spends way too much money on expensive drinks.

Favorite cocktail is a caipirinha. Long islands are also solid though and will f**k you up. We used to get those 5 gallon Gatorade coolers and throw in a handle of everything and top with sprite and bitches would go BUCKWILD

Btw, Martini gets past the "3 ingredient" rule somehow despite being just gin and vermouth. The olive counts for some reason.
