wow, maybe saz is right, maybe violence does work to get things you want to happen
now they'll just have to riot also during the trials to make sure the jury knows what they should do
f**k it, why not just let the mob have their way with them. sacrifices must need be made
if the arrest was "illegal" then i could see manslaughter against the officer that put him back there and the driver, but beyond that... i don't understand how these charges are going to stick. and if the arrest is legal i don't see how any of it would stick. i don't know that failure to secure the prisoner in a seatbelt would be so far as criminal. lose the badge maybe, but it wasn't to intentionally cause harm. do they ever buckle prisoners in squad cars?
