The facts of each specific case are completely irrelevant within the context of such an abusive system. Even if there was no officer wrongdoing, it doesn't make the process fair, transparent or accountable.

i like that false imprisonment is one of the charges. they should all be hanged for that one.

What's the false imprisonment based on? I've never heard of a cop charged with that.
Is it because they determined he had committed no crime which would warrant arrest, but was arrested anyway?

they had no probable cause to arrest him, and the knife they took off him was legal. so there was no reason to have started the entire thing in the first place.
